Hello, and a warm welcome to the registration page for the East River Open in MCR, held in Östanå, Vetlanda.
Registration Fee: 200 SEK, including coffee/tea and snacks during the tournament.
Lunch and dinner are not included. Please let us know if you wish to participate in lunch and/or dinner.

Your status will be updated from “PENDING” to “CONFIRMED” once your payment has been registered.

Tournament Format
The tournament follows Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR) under the European Mahjong Association (EMA).
The event is MERS registered. Scoring follows the standard EMA MCR score table.
A total of 4 rounds, each lasting 120 minutes, will be played.
Maximum number of participants: 32 players. (21 registered players from 1 country). In case the maximum number of registrations is reached we will keep a waiting list.
Referees
Referees will be present throughout the entire event.

The tournament is held in the training facility of Vetlanda Golf Club.
The room accommodates 8 mahjong tables and is located right next to the golf restaurant.

4-bed Cabin – 600 SEK/night
The 4-bed cabins are equipped with two bunk beds, a dining table, refrigerator, storage closet with cleaning tools, kitchen utensils, pillows, duvets, and a small outdoor seating area. Toilet, shower, and kitchen facilities are available in the service building. Bring your own bed linen, or rent for 120 SEK/set. Final cleaning: 400 SEK. If you plan to bring a dog, please contact the campsite.
2-bed Cabin – 600 SEK/night
The 2-bed cabins are equipped with one double bed, a dining table, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pillows, duvets, and a small outdoor seating area. Toilet, shower, and kitchen are available in the service building. Bring your own bed linen, or rent for 120 SEK/set. Final cleaning: 400 SEK. If you plan to bring a dog, please contact the campsite.
Lilla Torpet – 4-bed cabin with toilet, shower and kitchenette – 1000 SEK/night
Lilla Torpet is newly renovated and the largest cabin, equipped with bathroom, shower, and a small kitchenette. It includes one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. An extra bed can be added for 100 SEK/night, allowing accommodation for up to 5 guests. The cabin also includes a dining table, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pillows, duvets, outdoor seating and a grill. Bring your own bed linen, or rent for 120 SEK/set. Final cleaning: 600 SEK. Dogs are welcome.

Lunch is served at the golf restaurant. A detailed menu will be presented later.

Mahjong Camp (Optional)
In connection with the East River MCR Open, there will be a Mahjong Camp in Östanå.
It is possible to join the Mahjong Camp and the Tournament separately, or both. Note that there is a separate registration for the Camp.
Camp fee: 200 SEK
(For those staying in the main summer house, a small symbolic fee will be added to cover electricity and shared household costs.)
